The year 2024 was a special one. The trade press continuously provided, and continues to provide, a lot of negative information, about the situation in the furniture market at home and abroad. General declines in this industry did not inspire optimism. I go on the assumption that even in difficult economic conditions it is possible to cope perfectly with adversity and develop business. At Deerhorn, we have an excellent product and a great, determined team. We have served 6,000 clients, mostly business clients equipping companies with modern office furniture at home and abroad. How is Deerhorn changing the office furniture market?

Actually, I don’t know if it’s us changing the furniture market or aptly matching the offer to changing customer expectations. Or maybe we are dealing with a combination of the two theories.

Year after year, we see a clear trend: companies want better quality furniture.

They are no longer interested in “cheap and for a while” – they expect durability, functionality and aesthetics. Increasingly, they are opting for natural materials, such as solid wood, which not only looks better, but makes a real difference in comfort.

In my opinion, this is influenced by several factors.
1 Flexibility. Despite the fact that we are already a sizable production plant working in two shifts, we still remain flexible. In addition to the serial production of office furniture, we also undertake non-standard realizations.
2 Short lead time. We are constantly expanding warehouse space to meet customer expectations. For the consumer, the delivery time of the product is increasingly important. In fact, in many cases it is a key issue.
3. production in Poland at our own plant. This gives us the huge flexibility mentioned earlier. We can quickly adapt to a given situation.
4 Customer Service. I think our approach to the customer is outstanding. The team of advisors is available not only Monday through Friday but all week. We are on duty on weekends, which allows you to freely contact us if you need us on any day of the week.

Vision for the future – 2025 and beyond

The year 2025 is already packed with a number of activities aimed at building even greater brand recognition for Deerhorn in the office furniture category. We are also planning to implement modern AI technologies in communication and production management. We are also working on a completely new website with an expanded configurator. Buying furniture on Deerhorn.pl is expected to be even more pleasant and intuitive.

In June, we will also implement a new collection of office furniture covering an even wider range than before. Lunch tables, hockers, special racks designed for plants will be added. Our offer will be much more comprehensive.
