How do we prepare furniture for transport?
An important part of the production stage is the safe preparation of furniture for transport. Each piece of furniture is protected with foam foil and cardboard. At the end, the whole thing is compressed with straps so that the individual elements are not damaged in transport.
How do we deliver furniture to the customer?
We use the services of the best courier companies. Then the furniture arrives to customers packed on a pallet, which guarantees its safety during transport.

with a pallet jack and leaves the shipment in a safe place.

Receiving shipments:
The recipient is obliged to check the condition of the surface and contents of the shipment (at the courier should be unpacked). Any damage found should be entered in the protocol of deviations (damage) when taking delivery in the presence of the courier. If the external packaging of the shipment is damaged, such as rubbed, dented, broken glass can be heard, or protective tapes are cut, you should refuse to accept the shipment, and immediately write a protocol of refusal for damage with the courier. Without a written damage protocol, complaints to the carrier due to damage during transport are not considered.
Transport complaints are processed efficiently, only if the damage protocol is written at the time of delivery.
Furniture delivered in two pieces:
Corner desks: a main top and an extension. The extension simply tightens with the included screws.
Desks with a pedestal: a main top and a pedestal. The top just needs to be embedded with a groove into the prepared hole in the pedestal.
