For eXmiter in Warsaw, we provided comprehensive office furnishings, including employee workstations, a private office, a conference room, a reception area, and a lounge area. We crafted desks, tables, dressers, bookcases, and coffee tables, and also supplied office chairs, armchairs, and sofas. We maintained a consistent color scheme of natural oak and black throughout, creating functional spaces for work, meetings, and relaxation.
We are all the more pleased with this collaboration because our furniture is also chosen by people whom we follow on social media, watch on YouTube, and admire for their work. It gives us great satisfaction that the Deerhorn brand is also gaining the trust of well-known online creators.

About our customer
eXmiter is a company specializing in eviction negotiations, property recovery, and protecting the interests of owners of apartments and rental properties. In its operations, it draws on many years of experience in resolving issues related to leasing and property protection.
Workstations — desks with storage units and office chairs
We set up a total of seven workstations in two office rooms—four in one office and three in the other. The furnishings included classic desks with oak tops and black steel frames, drawer units, desk mats, and ergonomic office chairs.
We have furnished the spaces with dressers and bookcases, which provide storage space for documents, accessories, and office supplies.
Private Office – Desk with Built-in Storage Cabinet
For the private office , we chose a desk with an oak top, an integrated storage unit, and a privacy screen. The furnishings are complemented by a bookcase, a chest of drawers, and a small coffee table.
Conference Room – Large Conference Table with Cable Grommets
One of the key features of the design is a large conference table with an oak tabletop, a black steel frame, and cable management channels. These allow for convenient use of laptops and other devices during meetings while minimizing the visibility of cables on the tabletop.
We have also furnished the room with comfortable conference chairs that are designed to complement the table, creating a cohesive and functional space for business meetings.
Reception and lounge area – sofas, armchairs, and coffee tables
In the reception area, we’ve placed a two-seater sofa with a wooden frame and a small coffee table. This is a place where guests can wait comfortably for their appointment.
In the open common area, we’ve arranged a seating set consisting of a sofa, armchairs, and a round coffee table with an oak top and a slatted base. The space is complemented by chests of drawers with black fronts and oak tops.
