Last Sunday, June 25, 2023, the 11th Polish Pull-Up Championships were held in Radzyń Podlaski.
The competition was held in the town square, where pull-up bars had been set up. The competitors demonstrated strength and tremendous fighting spirit. Both younger and older participants took part. There was something for everyone, whether they were competitors or just wanted to see how the experienced athletes performed during the Championships.
The atmosphere was incredible. The cheers and support from the fans gave the athletes a boost.

A spectacular handstand demonstration, including the front lever and muscle-up
The biggest attraction was a handstand demonstration on an adjustable desk and the front lever and muscle-up positions demonstrated by Ruslan Saibov, a well-known athlete and calisthenics coach. The front lever involves the athlete suspending their entire body in a horizontal position, supported solely by their hands on the bar. The muscle-up, on the other hand, is an advanced strength exercise in calisthenics. It is a combination of a pull-up followed by a dip.
The audience was delighted by the spectacular and impressive demonstration. Everyone gathered in the square in Radzyń Podlaski was convinced that the adjustable desk had passed the test with flying colors. The desk’s durability, combined with its comfort, proves that it is the ideal solution for people who value strength, sturdiness, longevity, and ergonomics.
