Office Furniture for a University—A Project for the Lublin University of Technology in Lublin

We provided comprehensive office furnishings for the Lublin University of Technology in Lublin. The project included corner desks, dressers, office cabinets, bookcases, a display cabinet, and a coat rack. We maintained a consistent color scheme throughout, combining wood and black.

Corner desks for a university in Lublin

The main pieces of furniture are corner desks with wooden tops. We used extended panels that reach all the way to the floor, which shield the workstations from view as people enter the office.

We’ve complemented the desks with filing cabinets, which provide additional storage space for documents and keep necessary items within easy reach.

Office cabinets and dressers for documents

The rooms feature plenty of storage space. We built tall office cabinets, dressers, and lockable cabinets. We paired black fronts with wooden elements and handles.

One of the cabinets was additionally designed to accommodate a coffee maker, featuring an open display area and lockable cabinets below.

Shelving units and display cabinets for storage

The furnishings are complemented by open shelving and a display cabinet with glass fronts. They provide additional storage space for documents, books, and office supplies, while also making the most of the available space

The end result

This project for the Lublin University of Technology demonstrates how to comprehensively furnish several office spaces by tailoring individual pieces of furniture to their specific functions. Wooden countertops, black cabinet fronts, and metal accents come together to form a cohesive whole, while desks, wardrobes, dressers, and bookshelves provide comfortable workspaces and plenty of storage space.
