Implementation of furniture for Xtreme Fitness Gyms – cooperation with a nationwide chain of gyms

The beginning of our cooperation with Xtreme Fitness Gyms was a club in Bilgoraj. Rafal Pikul, president of Deerhorn Meble, owns the building where Xtreme Fitness Gyms Bilgoraj operates today. Already at the stage of searching for a suitable location, the first talks about a joint project appeared. Interestingly, negotiations for the site lasted nearly four years. The finalization of this investment became the beginning of further cooperation and subsequent realizations for the Xtreme Fitness Gym chain.

It quickly became apparent that Lukasz Dojka and Rafal Pikul ‘s approaches to quality, detail and long-term thinking about space were very similar. From the first realization in Bilgoraj, the cooperation naturally expanded to include more Xtreme Fitness Gyms clubs throughout Poland.

Today, we are responsible for the furniture that builds the first impression, organizes the space and supports the daily functioning of the gym – from the entrance areas to the reception areas to the back rooms. It’s a partnership based on trust and a shared vision of development.

Xtreme Fitness Gyms – the brand that changed the fitness club market in Poland

Xtreme Fitness Gyms is one of the fastest growing gym chains in Poland. The brand, founded by Lukasz Dojka, took a clear direction of development from the beginning. The first clubs were established mainly in smaller cities, where there was a lack of modern, well-designed workout spaces.

Over time, this strategy proved to be a hit. Our first joint project was Xtreme Fitness Gyms Bilgoraj – a realization especially important to us, because it was created in our city. It was here that we started our cooperation with the brand and showed how refined furniture created for an intensively used fitness space can look like.

Once all the elements were in place, the space could begin to function exactly as planned. The furniture, light and rhythm of the interior created a cohesive whole that was quickly filled with the energy of the people. During the opening, we were on site with our own booth, talking to club members and the team, and observing how the space performed on its first day of operation.

The opening of the club had a clearly planned ceremonial course. First there was the official moment – short speeches, acknowledgements and a symbolic cutting of the ribbon. This is the moment when the project, on which many people have worked, officially became operational and opened to the first club members.

Symbolic gesture for a good start of cooperation

During the opening, we presented the owners of Xtreme Fitness Gyms Bilgoraj with a symbolic gift – a statue prepared especially for the occasion. This is our way of congratulating them on their courage, consistency and the enormous amount of work they have put into creating this place.

Right after the official part, it was time for meetings and talks. We were on site with our own Deerhorn booth, where we were able to talk to guests, the club’s team and partners, as well as show materials, details and implementation history.

It was a good time to see how the space functions in its natural rhythm – amidst people, movement and first training sessions.

This is just the beginning of this cooperation. More Xtreme Fitness Gyms locations are already benefiting from our implementations, and more projects are in the pipeline. Each is being built with consistent standards, intensive use and the real needs of fitness clubs in mind.
