Reception desk with an additional shelf for a dental office in Germany
For Mr. Stefan’s dental office in Langenwetzendorf, Germany, we built a reception desk that we customized to meet the client’s needs and fit the specific interior.
The counter was made of natural oak wood and white furniture board. We added LED lighting and an extra shelf on the patient side, which is not included in the standard version of this model. We delivered the finished piece to Germany and installed it directly in the office.

Reception desk for a dental office made of natural wood
The most important element of the project was a large reception desk made of natural oak. We finished the front, sides, and top of the desk with wood, while the lower base was painted white.
This combination was chosen to complement the existing office—the white matches the cabinetry and walls, while the natural oak matches the floor. As a result, the counter doesn’t look like a piece of furniture that was randomly added, but rather fits seamlessly into the entire room.
We also incorporated LED lighting at the bottom, which runs along the counter and highlights the wooden front.
Reception desk with a shelf for patients—a modification of the standard model
The white shelf mounted on the front of the counter deserves special attention. It is not part of the standard version of this Deerhorn model—we custom-made it specifically for this customer.
The shelf is located on the side facing people entering the reception area. Patients can conveniently place their purse, phone, documents, or other items on it while speaking with staff, scheduling an appointment, or completing paperwork.
It’s a small detail, but in a place like a dental office reception area, it serves a specific purpose and improves the convenience of day-to-day patient care.
Reception desk with delivery and installation in Germany
The project for Mr. Stefan involved more than just building the counter. Once production was complete, we delivered the piece to Langenwetzendorf, Germany, and installed it directly in the dental office.
As a result, the customer received a fully assembled reception desk without having to arrange for separate transportation or an installation crew.
