Reception counter with character in Wroclaw
Not every reception counter makes its way into a corporate lobby or modern conference room. Sometimes its role is quiet, but extremely important – as in the case of this realization in Wroclaw. This time our oak counter found its way to a psychotherapy office, where the first impression is of special importance.
A greeting that matters
In a therapy office, from the threshold it should be calm, friendly, discreet. That’s why the reception desk plays such a big role here. Our counter – made of oak wood, with warm texture and simple lines – does not dominate, but rather invites. Its presence says: “you are welcome here, you can feel safe”.
Wood that soothes
Oak has something special about it. The natural structure of wood and its noble simplicity have inspired confidence for centuries. And for good reason – studies show that contact with wood lowers stress levels and blood pressure. In the psychotherapeutic space, this is a huge value. Our furniture is not just furnishings – it is part of the atmosphere.
Minimalism that impresses
In this realization, we focused on subtlety – the counter was made in a version without unnecessary ornaments, with a simple line that does not distract. Oak laths and subdued colors complement the rest of the interior, without distracting from what is most important: relationships, conversation, peace.
Not just appearance – also quality and functionality
As always at Deerhorn, the counter is made of the highest quality materials. It’s sturdy, durable and ready for everyday use – from keeping schedules to storing documents. Furniture for such places must not only look – it must work. And we understand that.
