A Brief Overview of the Project

See how we designed and built a conference table for a technology company in Wrocław —from concept to final installation.

The Challenge

The client needed a conference table measuring 250×100 cm that could accommodate presentation and electronic equipment without visible, tangled cables, while also complementing the industrial, raw aesthetic of the new office. It was also important for the table to withstand daily, heavy use in the meeting room.

Office Conference Table – Custom-Made

We created a custom-made conference table for a technology company in the industrial security sector, tailored to fit its new meeting room. We crafted the tabletop from solid oak—the wood’s natural grain and warm hue complement the raw, industrial character of the interior.

We mounted the table on a black steel frame with a minimalist, angular design, which visually lightens the massive tabletop and gives the whole piece a modern, loft-style look.

Since the table was intended to serve as the focal point of the conference room, we designed it with everyday office work in mind—we incorporated two recessed panels into the tabletop with ports for connecting laptops and presentation equipment, and underneath, we installed cable guides, ensuring that the wiring remains organized and hidden from view at first glance.

We handled the entire process—from measuring the office space, to selecting the dimensions and materials, to production and on-site installation—in a comprehensive manner, ensuring that the conference table would perfectly complement both the function and character of the office.
