Corner desk with a cable pass-through and a storage unit at the PGE branch
We furnished the first room with a corner desk and a large filing cabinet, which provides plenty of workspace and convenient storage for documents.
The desk is equipped with a privacy screen, a cable pass-through, and an extension cord built into the desktop. This allows all cables to be neatly hidden, and makes connecting equipment much more convenient.
The set is complemented by a spacious dresser and a wardrobe, which provide additional storage space.
Custom corner desk with a panel extending to the floor
The second office required custom solutions. Our corner desk served as the base, but it was modified specifically to suit the needs of this room.
The biggest change was extending the panel all the way to the floor. This gave the workstation a more professional look while also providing better coverage for the workspace.
We also modified the storage unit, which was enlarged and tucked away under the countertop. This solution allowed us to increase storage space without taking up additional office space.
Custom-made mobile dresser
One of the unique features of this project was a chest of drawers on wheels designed specifically for the employees of the PGE branch.
The piece of furniture features extended sides and a back, which prevents stored documents and materials from sliding out when the chest of drawers is moved from one room to another. Thanks to its casters, it can be easily positioned exactly where it’s needed.
Custom-made office cabinets designed to fit various spaces
As part of the project, we also built three office cabinets, each of which was customized to fit a specific location and intended use.
Two large cabinets provide plenty of storage space for documents, office supplies, and other essential accessories. Their design features steel frames, which give the furniture a modern look and ensure it blends in perfectly with the rest of the office furnishings.
The third cabinet is compact in size and lockable. This allows it to make optimal use of the available space while providing a secure place to store documents and other materials that should be accessible only to authorized personnel.
Employee Break Area
A modern office is more than just workstations. That’s why we’ve also set up a small relaxation area at the PGE branch.
It consisted of two comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, and a side table. The result was a space where employees can relax, chat, or hold a less formal meeting.
The end result
This project for the PGE branch in Szczecin demonstrates that even when using tried-and-true furniture models, it’s possible to make changes that perfectly meet the needs of a specific office. Combining standard products with custom modifications allowed us to create a functional, cohesive, and comfortable space for everyday work.
