A temporary reception desk that made it possible to open the office on time
Moving to a new office is always a major undertaking. For the WARS S.A. project, we were responsible for furnishing an entire new office floor with custom-made furniture.
The project schedule was very tight. The deadline for handing over the space had already been set, and the employees were scheduled to start working in the new office as planned.
The only element that was still in the design phase was the reception desk. Together with the client, we refined its appearance, functionality, and finishing details. We didn’t want to rush this stage at the expense of the quality of the final result.

How We Opened Our New Office on Schedule
Rather than delaying the handover of the entire office, we proposed a temporary solution. We built an elegant and fully functional reception desk, which allowed the reception desk to begin operations on the very first day the new office opened.
Although we knew from the start that this would be a temporary solution, we made sure the reception desk would fit in stylistically with the character of the new office. The combination of black and natural wood gave the reception area a modern and professional look, while also meeting all functional requirements.
Why did we decide on this solution?
At Deerhorn, we know that in office projects, it’s not just the quality of the furniture that matters, but also the timely completion of the entire project. In this case, the client was able to start working in the new office on schedule, and we gained the time needed to carefully refine the design of the reception desk.
As a result, there was no need to choose between the quality of the project and the project completion deadline.

Custom reception desk with a 3D logo
After completing the design and manufacturing work, we installed the final reception desk, which has become the centerpiece of the entrance area of WARS S.A.’s new office.
You can see the final result in a separate post showcasing the complete office furnishings project.
Scope of Work
- comprehensive furnishing of the new office space,
- custom-made furniture for all rooms,
- construction of a temporary reception desk,
- installation of the final counter after the design work is completed,
- delivery and assembly of furniture at the customer’s new location.
This project demonstrates that deadlines and quality can go hand in hand
Every project has its challenges. Sometimes the biggest challenge isn’t the furniture production itself, but coordinating the construction schedule with the design process.
The project for WARS S.A. demonstrates that a flexible approach and effective collaboration with the client make it possible to find a solution even in challenging situations. As a result, the new office was launched on schedule, and the impressive reception desk was refined without compromise.
