Preparations for the opening of a new notary office in Zielona Góra

The opening of a new office is a time when every detail matters and all work must be completed on schedule. It was during the preparations for the opening of a new notary office in Zielona Góra that Ms. Joanna reached out to us.

She was looking for an elegant and functional reception deskthat would highlight the professional character of the interior and help prepare the space to welcome its first customers.

Given the short time frame before the law firm’s opening, we proposed one of our standard solutions. It turned out to be the perfect choice—the counter fit perfectly into the new interior, and thanks to the quick delivery and installation by our team, we were able to get the law firm’s new office ready on time.

Delivery and unloading using Deerhorn’s own fleet of vehicles

As part of the project, we also handled the transportation and delivery of the furniture.

The counter was delivered to Zielona Góra by our own transport fleet, and the entire installation process was carried out by our specialists. Thanks to this, the client didn’t have to worry about arranging transportation and was able to focus on the final preparations for the opening of the new office.

Although this project primarily showcases the reception desk, we also supplied the law firm with other office furniture, which helped us fully furnish the new space and prepare it to welcome its first clients.
