How did we combine space for a printer and documents into a single piece of furniture?
Mr. Ignacy contacted us while we were furnishing one of the branches of a real estate agency in Warsaw. The company is part of one of the fastest-growing real estate agency chains in Poland, and we regularly assist it in furnishing new locations. This time, we created a customized office cabinet with space for a printer and documents, tailored to the needs of this branch.
Standard solutions did not provide enough space for the printer, documents, and office supplies. Instead of arranging several separate pieces of furniture, we opted for a single, functional solution.
A customized office cabinet tailored to the customer’s needs
We started with one of our standard cabinet models, which we modified to meet the customer’s expectations. The result is a piece of furniture that combines a tall filing cabinet, an open compartment for a printer, and lockable cabinets with space for paper and office supplies.
One of the doors is equipped with a key lock, allowing important documents to be stored securely in one place.
Why is it worth modifying ready-made furniture models?
Not every office operates in the same way, which is why sometimes a small change to a standard design can result in a piece of furniture that better meets everyday needs.
In this project, we retained Deerhorn’s signature combination of solid oak and black furniture board, while also reconfiguring the interior layout of the cabinet. As a result, the client received a piece of furniture tailored to his team’s workflow, without having to design an entirely new model.
The end result
The result is a functional office cabinet that combines several uses in a single piece of furniture. It provides space for a printer, documents, and paper, as well as lockable cabinets for storing important materials. Thanks to custom modifications, one of the real estate agency’s branches now has a practical solution that streamlines work organization and helps maintain order every day.
