Modern office furniture - from design to implementation

We enjoy showing our furniture in your interiors. It’s a real pleasure to share our work. Sometimes these are smaller orders, sometimes – as in this case – entire offices! We had the great pleasure of furnishing the new headquarters of the company Muehsam in Warsaw. It’s a project that promised to be exceptional from the beginning, and today we can already show its results.

Muehsam is a family-owned company with more than 60 years of experience supporting the Polish and international manufacturing industry. It specializes in comprehensive equipment for production lines and modern, energy-efficient cooling systems. Thanks to its engineering expertise and cooperation with renowned manufacturers, it offers innovative technological solutions.

First it was like this…

The company’s office has undergone a major overhaul. And as is well known – behind such changes there is often a dynamic growth of the company. The client wanted to create a coherent, modern space that would support the daily work of the team. The room was huge: beautiful, spacious interiors, high ceilings, large windows letting in plenty of natural light. Before us was the task of furnishing dozens of workstations, two conference rooms and an elegant reception area.

Then there was a project

Such projects are always a process – full of discussions and findings. After initial consultations, visualizations and designs of the entire space were created. We were keen to fully understand the client’s expectations. Over the course of many meetings, we worked together on every detail, so that the final result perfectly matched the vision and needs of the Muehsam team.

The end result is stunning

Muehsam is committed to a modern approach to work – attention to employee comfort was really evident at every step here. That’s why one of the key elements of the project was the creation of a new desk model that was not yet in our offer: an adjustable corner desk.

The desk has an oak top and a frame made by the renowned Danish company Linak, allowing infinite height adjustment. As many as 27 such ergonomic workstations were created!

The strength of wood, the lightness of white, the energy of green – a trio that complements each other

White furniture with oak accents dominates the entire implementation. It’s a trend we see more and more often – white brings lightness, freshness and modern character to the space. Is white furniture impractical? Not in our case! Thanks to the use of the best materials and finishes, they retain a beautiful appearance for years, while adding a new elegance to the interior.

On top of that, the space featured our flowerbeds – from our permanent offer – which bring a touch of green into the office. Greenery not only improves the mood, but also promotes concentration – which, after all, is what work is all about.

And in comes … the blackness that says it all

Although the office is mostly kept in white, two conference rooms have been given a completely different character – here the clients opted for black furniture. The result? Beautiful, elegant interiors that show that we can mix colors and create spaces to suit different needs and moods.

Such large-scale projects are, of course, logistically challenging, but thanks to our extensive manufacturing and logistics processes, we are able to execute them efficiently and at the highest quality level – from the first vision to final assembly.

By the way… we have good news for you: the corner adjustable desk – which was created for this project – we plan to introduce to our permanent offer. It will be a great option for all those who are looking for ergonomics in the best style.

I was the one who had the pleasure of guiding this order from A to Z – that is, from the first “good morning” to “all ready, we’re shipping!”.
There were a lot of emails, dozens of phone calls, some measurements, colors, decisions… and a whole lot of satisfaction that in the end everything came together in a beautiful whole.
