Ideal desks for customer service at Asecura Insurance

Our next realization was commissioned by the company Asecura Ubezpieczenia of Jaslo. The client came to us with a specific vision – to create the perfect desks for customer service, both in terms of comfort and functionality. We received a finished furniture design, in which two desks were connected by one common pedestal. And although every such order is a new challenge for us – we like such challenges best.

In the beginning there was a project

At the beginning of our cooperation, we received a very simple but extremely helpful visualization from the client – consisting of photo cuttings, which together formed a clear picture of what the client had in mind. Such initiatives are very much appreciated! Each sketch, drawing or inspirational photo from the client makes our work much easier and allows us to better understand his needs. Based on this, we prepare summaries or our own visualizations to make sure our ideas go in the same direction.

Flexibility begins with in-house manufacturing

Thanks to the fact that we have in-house production, we are free to modify all our furniture according to individual customer needs. Every non-standard idea is first carefully analyzed – we check whether it is technologically feasible and whether it fits in with our approach to design. Only then do we move into action – that’s how it was this time, too.

Comfort on both sides of the desk

In the project for Asecura, it was crucial to create a comfortable space to talk to clients. That’s why, in addition to the spacious natural oak countertops, the clients moved back the blends under the desk – so that the person sitting opposite would have free leg room. A simple procedure, but how important for daily work and meeting convenience. This is how the ideal customer service desks were created.

An idea that makes sense

When a client comes to us with a finished concept, we always try to understand its meaning and function. Asecura’s design was thoughtful – combining aesthetics with a practical approach to customer service. Such a dialogue with the client, based on mutual trust and openness, allows us to create furniture that not only looks good, but really works in the office space.

Tailor-made furniture

It’s a realization that shows how much can be achieved through good cooperation and a flexible approach to design. The finished customer service desks are comfortable, modern and exactly what the client wanted. And we – as always – are happy that we were able to add something from ourselves and create something unique together.
