Furniture delivery step by step – this is how we do it

However, we rarely show the behind-the-scenes of our work – we are usually in full swing: we organize the logistics, take care of the safe bringing in, and when necessary – perform a perfect installation. We know that the introduction of new furniture to the office is a challenging moment – several people have to be involved, often putting the whole team on hold for a while.

Therefore, we operate efficiently, quietly and with full respect for your time.

Large delivery for a large customer

Delivery for Ottimo Systems Ltd. in Lubliniec required the involvement of our entire transportation fleet.

It was a very large order that included furnishing all the rooms in the company’s new headquarters. There were dozens of desks and pedestals, cabinets, dressers, conference tables and corner desks to be unpacked, set up and partly assembled.

Packaging is our specialty

It will not be an exaggeration if we say that we have achieved mastery when it comes to packing and securing furniture for transport.

Efficient packaging is a process that we have been perfecting since the beginning of our company. Foil, cardboard, foam, edge and corner protection, bubble wrap, stretch, strapping tape, pallet underneath – quite a lot of protection, right? Our experience shows that the game is worth the effort. After all, premium furniture is coming to you. Things can be different in transportation, but we are prepared for anything.

We deliver ready-made, assemble only what you need

Most of our furniture is shipped whole, already assembled. All you need to do is unpack them and set them in the right place – no fuss.

On-site assembly is usually required for larger items such as conference tables and reception counters – mainly because of their size.

For this particular delivery, we assembled adjustable desks and conference tables on site. This was a larger order, so for more efficient logistics we decided to assemble at the customer’s site. The remaining items – cabinets, dressers and pedestals – arrived on site already fully ready for use.

Bottom line: we do everything we can to make the process of delivering and furnishing an office as easy as possible for our customers – quickly, efficiently and without surprises.
