It would seem that such a simple piece of furniture as a desk is no longer capable of anything surprising. We undertook a task that would result in a wood and metal desk different from all those available on the market.

The “Active” desk features a bold design, where accents dominate to emphasize its dynamic character:

• Sturdy construction, but light in form – The steel frame provides stability, and the leveling of unnecessary details adds lightness.
• Unprecedented undercut fronts – This treatment is not only a design but also a practical way to open a drawer or cabinet…,
• Durability – the countertop is resistant to staining by pouring hot drink or alcohol
• Proximity to nature – Here the aforementioned wooden oak countertop and wooden pedestal with drawers are noteworthy. We deliberately do not varnish wooden parts. We use top-grade oils and waxes that put us in direct contact with natural wood to the touch.
• Functionality – This requirement has been met with a versatile pedestal, whose possibilities do not end with the drawers alone. The pedestal is additionally equipped with space for a desktop computer or bag. In addition, between the pedestal and the tabletop you can also fit, for example, a notebook.
• Versatility – The pedestal relative to the desk can be rotated and even converted from a right-hand desk to a left-hand desk. This makes it easy to adapt the desk to the shape of the room. The pedestal can also be used as a printer cabinet.

How do we pack and ship desks?

In the interest of your convenience, the desks are shipped whole as standard. In this case, we have two basic elements: the pedestal and the rest of the desk. All you need to do is set the desk on the pedestal.

Countertop material: oiled oak wood.

Tabletop dimensions: 160x70cm. 3.8cm thick. The tabletop on request can be made in another dimension.

The desk at 160×70 cm has an overall length of 194cm. From the end of the top of the free space on the container we are left with about 24cm.

If you need more space to work you can add to the length up to 120 cm using the configurator. A change in the depth of the countertop must be determined individually by phone or email.
