My desks that I ordered arrived very quickly. For such desks, I’m surprised that they managed to make in such a short time. But to the point. While pulling the pallet off the car, the courier damaged my shipment slightly. The damage was visible, and at the same moment I called the store for help and intervention in this matter. The service lady reassured me and told me not to worry. She added that they would send me the product once again, and that any matters related to the complaint would already be arranged by them with the courier company. I can’t hide the fact that the stone fell from my heart and I was glad that I didn’t have to fill in, deal with anymore. Two days after the incident, I received my desk. I am very pleased with the handling of the matter in such a fast time, and as for the desks themselves, they are wonderful. Beautiful, elegant desks and perfectly made. I use them every day and feel like never getting up from them 🙂 .
